What personal information PressStays.com holds, why, and your choices.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Account details (name, email address, sign-in credentials held by our authentication provider), professional profile information you choose to provide, property and press stay records, requests, messages, confirmations, coverage and content records, ratings, reports and membership/billing records.
Hosting and application platform: Lovable.
Database, authentication and file storage: Supabase (managed through Lovable Cloud).
Payments: Stripe (card details are handled by Stripe; PressStays.com never stores raw card data).
Transactional email delivery: Lovable's managed email service.
Error reporting: Lovable's built-in error reporting for the application.
Web fonts: Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests those files from Google and Google therefore receives your IP address and browser details. No cookies are set by this.
We do not use advertising, analytics, marketing or tracking services of any kind.
Hotels do not see storytellers' private email addresses or telephone numbers, and storytellers do not see hotel users' private contact details. Communication takes place through PressStays.com.
You can view and update your profile, change your communication preferences, request a copy of your personal information, request a correction, or request account closure from Privacy & Data in your account settings.
Some records — such as contractual, billing and marketplace records — may legitimately need to be retained after account closure. We will explain what is kept and why.
