The terms on which hotels and storytellers use the PressStays.com platform.

PressStays.com is a marketplace that introduces hotels and properties to vetted journalists, editors, travel writers, creators and influencers (together, 'storytellers') for press stays and hosted creator collaborations.
PressStays.com is not a party to the arrangement between a hotel and a storyteller. We provide the platform, the introduction and the record of what was agreed.
You must give accurate information about yourself, your publication or platform, and your property, and keep it up to date.
Storyteller accounts are reviewed before activation. Hotel accounts require an active membership for the relevant property to use marketplace features.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
PressStays.com may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harvest or export contact information, or to build a mailing list.
Invitations must relate to a specific live opportunity and be individually relevant.
Confirmed stays are professional commitments. Repeated no-shows, serious misconduct, false credentials, abuse of hospitality or repeated failure to honour agreed creator deliverables may lead to account review or suspension.
Hotels do not receive storytellers' private contact details, and storytellers do not receive hotel users' private contact details. Requests, invitations, messages, confirmations and follow-up take place through PressStays.com.
