Price

Standard PressStays.com membership is £299 plus VAT per property, per month. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Membership is purchased per property; a property must hold its own membership to use marketplace features.

There is no free trial.

Minimum term and notice

Membership begins with an initial minimum term of six months.

After the initial term, three full months' notice is required to leave.

Notice may be given during the initial six months, but the three-month notice period does not begin until the initial term has finished. The earliest a new membership can therefore end is after nine months.

Membership fees remain payable throughout the initial term and the notice period.

Payment and failed payments

Membership is billed monthly through our payment provider. If a payment fails, the provider retries in line with its normal process and the membership is marked as needing attention.

Access is not withdrawn on a single failed payment. If payment becomes materially overdue, the property cannot publish or reactivate opportunities or accept new requests, but keeps access to existing confirmed press stays, messaging and history.

A failed payment does not remove the obligation to pay fees due for the initial term or notice period.

Preferential rates

PressStays.com may offer a private preferential monthly rate to selected properties by invitation. A preferential rate applies for as long as that property's paid membership remains continuously active. If membership ends, the preferential rate is lost and is not automatically restored if the property rejoins.

What happens when membership ends

Historic data is preserved. The hotel can still sign in and reach Membership & Billing. Live opportunities are no longer publicly available, and the property cannot publish, reactivate or accept new requests. Access to already-confirmed stays and their messaging is preserved.
